Position Title: Landscape Architect
Location: Rochester, New York
Position Description:
Duties:
- Assisting with and participating in all phases of project development, including site inventory and analysis, schematic design, construction documentation and detailing, and project coordination
- Development and preparation of schematic design documents, such as colored plan renderings, elevations, and 3D models
- Development and preparation of construction documents, including hardscape plans, planting plans, grading plans, and construction details
- Coordination with allied disciplines
- Review employee performance with respect to the project expectations and goals and provide collaborative feedback towards employee appraisals and reviews
- 90% office setting, 10% active construction site visits.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Licensure in Landscape Architecture in the State of New York
- 1-5 years’ post licensure experience in a similar role.
Base Salary Information: $65,672 - $79,410
The above salary range represent a good faith range for incumbents of these positions. Actual offers will be based on experience, education level, and demonstrated skills and will be at the discretion of the employer.
